Rules for signing for and inspecting goods:
1. When signing for a parcel, if the outer packaging is found to be severely damaged or other goods that do not meet the delivery requirements, the warehouse staff will directly refuse to accept or return the goods.
2. If your parcel meets the signing requirements, the warehouse will unpack all parcels for prohibited items after receiving the goods, and then weigh them for storage.
3. If it is found that your goods do not meet the requirements of transportation and air transportation, we will make a special mark on the relevant order to remind you to negotiate the return.
4. If you have not found the warehouse's delivery information within a reasonable domestic delivery time (generally the domestic delivery cycle is 3-5 days), please contact your sender/domestic logistics company or website customer service staff to confirm the status of the goods.
Inspection and warehousing instructions
We will check and inspect the quantity, color, size and other specifications of the goods. After the inspection is completed, the original express box will be removed, and the goods will be packaged in Pandabuy self-sealing bags and arranged for storage. (Fragile, easy to break, express boxes used as product packaging boxes, and oversized products, etc., the original boxes are retained. The specific situation is subject to actual operation)
Notes:
a. Color difference, size error, use effect, etc. are not within the scope of inspection;
b. Electrical appliances, digital products, peripheral products and other highly professional products, their quality, model, spare parts, etc. are not within the scope of inspection;
c. "CD" and "hand-made" and "adult products" products, such sealed packaging and with sealing labels or sealing strips are inspected without unpacking. Only the appearance can be inspected for damage, and the details of the internal parts or functional problems cannot be specifically verified;
