Notes on goods receipt
1. Before signing for goods, check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact, whether the box seal is intact, and whether there is a significant difference in weight
2. Regardless of whether the outer packaging is obviously damaged or torn, you must inspect the goods in front of the courier before signing for them, and make a note on the waybill before signing for them, or refuse to sign directly if there is a problem
3. If the package that was not signed for in front of the deliveryman is damaged or missing, please keep the outer packaging box (including the sealing tape) and feedback to the local post office within 2 days after signing for it (based on the delivery time on the logistics provider's website), and provide the goods invoice, physical photos and other information to contact us to apply for compensation from the post office for you
4. The normal signing for the goods marks the end of the entire transportation process. Our company will not be responsible for any situation of the goods after the normal signing
