Step 1: Register/log in to your account and search for the product you want to buy on the homepage;

Step 3: Find the product you want to buy and enter the product details page, select the product attributes and quantity, and click Add to Cart;
Step 4: Click to view the shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, you can choose to change the quantity of products or continue to purchase products. After selecting the products, click Submit;
Step 5: After entering the order confirmation page, you can see the quantity, price, total price, and arrival warehouse of the goods.
Step 6: Pan-Express reviews the order and places an order
After you submit the order and successfully pay, we usually review the order within 3-5 working hours, order it for you after the review is passed, and wait for the merchant to ship it. The domestic logistics cycle is generally about 3-5 days.
Step 7: Pan-Express signs for inspection and puts it into storage
After the goods arrive, we will inspect and weigh them for you, and put them into storage after they are correct. It is usually completed in about one working day. When the status of the goods shows "in storage", you can click "Submit package" at any time to ship abroad.
Step 8: Submit for shipment abroad
Enter "My Waybill"--"Package Management" to submit the parcel waybill, fill in the delivery address, select the logistics method, settle the international freight service fee, customs declaration fee and other related fees. If you have requirements such as unpacking, reinforcement, and removing the brand, you can also check the corresponding service. We will pack and ship according to your requirements.
Step 9: Pan-Express out of the warehouse, packing, and shipping.
Step 10: Confirm receipt
After receiving the package, go to the "My Waybill"--"Shipping order has been issued" page to "Confirm Receipt" and rate the purchasing experience to end the purchasing.
